Hey everyone, sorry for missing in action the past couple of days I've been
pretty busy lately.

Well the good news is I got a job yay!
The bad news is I'm starting next week which means from then on I may not be
able to TLC this group as much as I have in the past. But I'll still be here and
help out as much as I can, that's for sure
Now, the comp stuff. I'm away from 8-11th June (this weekend) but you guys can

The Urban Contest remains as a contest if there are at least 4 entries by June
1.
If there are less than that, then I'll just post the entries on an exclusive
"Those Who Made It" gallery on the front page for 2 weeks. After that,
I will be happy to put a R.I.P. tombstone on this cursed theme as PoR is ready
to move on to the next activity.
It's a pretty good theme, isn't it? I don't know why there aren't a lot of
interest or people unable to make something out of it. Maybe just bad timing
with everyone and at the same time .. which is pretty amazing I didn't know we
could do it if we tried ..
That said, yes the contest is extended again
until June 1.
This will be the final date for this theme, no more extensions.
Welcome segnoj (and Zuru), hope to see more of you guys here!

Personally I prefer the mid-May extension, and then do something else for an
ongoing project. Or something else completely different, I dunno we'll
see.

available for judging, or if anyone else is suitable for the role in candy's
place. I'd vote MapleRose to take over the judging for this contest, but not
sure if she's still around as well as she is also leaving for a few
months.

isn't yet done out of the queue?

I've heard lots about the steep initial learning curve with Painter, but I'm sure you'll get used to it soon and make more luvly paintings for us
